Dear Schweitzer Friends,

We continue the message series FORGIVENESS this Sunday.  Forgiveness isn’t something most of us do easily or by our own will power or strength. Thankfully, forgiveness begins with a gracious and merciful God. Yet, after receiving God’s forgiveness, we personally decide whether to offer forgiveness or withhold it. Our struggle with forgiveness can be compounded by false perceptions about what forgiveness means and doesn’t mean. This Sunday’s message will seek to clear up some misunderstandings about what forgiveness involves and doesn’t as we look at Steps Toward Forgiveness. It will be a message good for anyone with whom you share inter-personal relationships to hear.
