Live Well is a non-threatening educational gathering for individuals experiencing depression. The program teaches effective strategies to enhance health and wholeness in one’s body, mind, and spirit. Live Well will meet Sunday afternoons from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. for eight weeks beginning March 12.
