Susan and I just returned from an incredible cruise, visiting key sites such as Ephesus, Athens, and Corinth where the Apostle Paul relentlessly shared the Good News of Jesus Christ. The photo above was taken as we walked through the ruins of Ephesus as we literally walked where Paul walked. I sense that these experiences will shape my preaching now and for years to come as it has personally impacted me. It was an awesome journey that we were privileged to share with 18 people from Schweitzer. It is great to be home and be back with our Schweitzer church family. I am glad to share these upcoming events with you.
If you are new to Schweitzer, and have questions about Jesus, the church, or would like to know how to get better connected, join me this Sunday, October 16, at 12:00 noon in Memorial Hall. We will feed you great bbq, offer you a tour of the campus and get you headed home by 1:30. Childcare is available.
Schweitzer’s Young Adult Ministry will be taking a hiking trek.
