God can and does transform the most unlikely of people. In Acts 9, the mission of Saul of Tarsus changed from eradicating the early church to a desire to passionately live for Jesus. If God can turn the fiercest opponent of the Lord into a willing servant, He will save anyone.
How does such a conversion relate to our walk with God? One challenge is not to become complacent. Saul was content with his spiritual life until his conversion. Are we content with our spiritual life? Are we developing a direct and personal relationship with God? Are we like Saul (Paul) willing to tell others about our life-changing encounter with the living Lord?
