New message begins this Sunday!

The church is a gift. But what is it that holds us together and moves us forward? In Life Together we’ll explore three fundamental elements that build unity and move our mission forward.

Come and enjoy Homeward Bound this Friday, August 16! Doors open at 6:00 pm. Movie will begin promptly at 6:15 p.m. in the Outreach Center. Each child will receive a free popcorn, candy and drink.

As we get excited to start the new school year, we want to hang out with youth families and show you what a typical Wednesday evening looks like for the students. The Youth team invites you and your entire family to join us this Sunday, August 18, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Youth Room.

Schweitzer’s First Impressions Ministry is looking for new volunteers to help with our Parking Lot and Golf Cart ministry! Our ministry goal includes providing directions, campus security, assistance with limited mobility, and even a quick ride to the door in inclement weather. If you are interested in cruising the parking lots in a golf cart or on foot, and you have gifts to share in this ministry, please contact Sheila Pippin, Director of First Impressions at or at 417-881-6800.

Last week was the first week of the Grow to Know school year. Thanks to everyone who donated items and/or shopped at our garage sale! A total of $5503.69 was raised to help make improvements in our classrooms.
