We are so grateful for, and excited to celebrate, Deanna Gorden’s ministry as she retires at the end of this month. Deanna has served God through Schweitzer for decades. As she steps down from leading our hospitality team in the coming weeks, we look forward to celebrating her ministry this Sunday, June 30th. Be sure to sign her book in the foyer.

We are excited to have three interns working around Schweitzer this summer.

Brian Black is our First Impressions intern. He is a senior at Missouri State and majoring in General Studies: encompassing Elementary Education, Religious Studies, and History. Brian will be here on Sunday mornings, connecting with guests, meeting people, and helping with the various First Impressions teams.

Malorie Teter just graduated from Nixa High Scool this year and will be attending Missouri Southern in the fall. Malorie is taking pictures around the campus on Sunday mornings, so if you see her in action, feel free to get some people together for some great group photos.

Trenton Roebke is our media intern again this summer, as he was last summer. Trenton attends University of Missouri and is majoring in Parks & Recreation/Sports. He helps with video, sound, and lights on Sunday mornings and works throughout the week helping with creative video editing.
