Trivia, Fun, and Fellowship!

Come join us for trivia, fun, and fellowship on Saturday, November 23, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., in Memorial Hall. Build your own team (max of 8) or join one that evening! Bring snacks to share with your table!

A member of our congregation, Paula O’Donnell, started an organization called The World Needs You. Each month, she chooses an organization or group to collect and distribute items they are needing. In the past, she has collected over 250 items for the Child Life Units at Cox and Mercy Hospitals, infant and children’s blankets for Isabel’s House, small blankets for dogs at the Humane Society, umbrellas for children at Pittman Elementary, and many more. On November 23 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., in Memorial Hall at Schweitzer, she and several other volunteers will be collecting items for Christmas gifts for teens through Crosslines, elderly seniors in low-income housing, women at Safe to Sleep, children with special needs at Greene Valley School, and Veterans. If you would like to donate items or help prepare the packages on November 23, contact Paula at (417) 838-0277 or mycoachpaula@aol.com.
